Differential DiagnosisHistory:
All fingernails involved with yellowish green discoloration while some nails showed onycholysis or partial dystrophy. Many samples of nail clippings incubated in 30% KOH yielded fungal hyphae and spores under LM. Three months course of oral terbinafine 250 mg per day gave acceptable outcome.
