History:

This middle-aged woman presented with severe facial erythema, swelling, telangiectasia and crusted papulopustular lesions with swelling of the eyelids of three months duration. She had applied potent topical corticosteroid (Clobetasol propionate) for more than one year before rash exacerbation.
