Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This boy presented with a slightly pruritic circinate red scaly patch with an active border on the abdomen associated with red scaly patches involving the crural area of three months duration. KOH smear for fungi was positive and the rash completely eradicated on 6-week-course of oral griseofulvin.
