Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This girl presented with tinea amiantacea-like scaly patch however, it is associated with hair loss of three months duration. Direct hair examination under light microscope revealed fungal spores. The lesion cured within 6-8 weeks treatment with oral griseofulvin.
