Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A unique case of unilateral nevus of Ota on the forehead and nevus spilus on epsilateral cheek. Both nevi have been noticed since early childhood. Nevus of Ota presented as slate-gray discoloration with out scleral pigmentation whereas nevus spilus has dotted brownish appearance on the cheek.
