Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A housewife presented with unilateral interdigital redness, fissuring and maceration associated with slight pain and malodor of many months duration. Good result reached on Fluconazole 150 mg capsules once weekly and topical Tolnaftate solution twice daily for one month.
