Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Multiple, asymptomatic, irregularly-shaped, red scaly patches with mild atrophy, hypopigmentation and partial hair loss of one year duration. No associated lesions elsewhere. Two months after Hydroxychloroquine therapy (200 mg twice daily) there was marked improvement (see third photo).
