History:

Hypopigmented anesthetic patch on the left arm of a 15-year-old male. Note the well-defined border.

The WHO recommends single dose regime of Rifampicin 600mg, Ofloxacin 400mg, and Minocycline 100mg (ROM therapy).

This author is strongly against such short course irrational treatment, which is going to result in not just drug resistance but multi-drug resistance.
