Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This old man presented with multiple, asymptomatic, firm-hard, infiltrative, dull red plaques and nodules involved many parts of the body (see photos) of more than 2 years duration. Cervical, axillary and inguinal lymph nodes were palpable and hepatomegally was easily detectable on physical examination. Skin biopsy was compatible with B-cell lymphoma. The patient was referred to chemotherapy.
