Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 36-year-old multiparous woman in her second trimester presented with tense bullae on erythematous bases started on the abdomen then spread to the face and extremities of three weeks duration. The rash on the abdomen characterized by arcuate and circinate utricarial plaques superimposed by tense blisters. Her previous three conceptions were normal. Skin biopsy showed subepidermal blisters with many neutrophils, lymphocytes and some eosinophils.
