Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A middle-aged woman presented with asymptomatic, atrophic, whitish patches on the side of the neck of 8 months duration. The skin of the patches was thin, pale-white and bulges slightly. The lesions give the palpating finger the same sensation as a hernial orifice. Skin biopsy was consistent with anetoderma.
