Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Red scaly rash on the dorsum of the thumb of one month duration diagnosed as contact eczema and so treated with topical cs with partial improvement at start but with late exacerbation. At presentation, crusted red plaques with active borders studded with pustules were seen. KOH examination yielded fugal hyphae and spores.
