Differential DiagnosisHistory:
One-year-old infant presented with red scaly rash involved the genital and surrounding areas and facial periorificial regions (perioral, periorbital and preauricular) of one month duration. Serum zinc level was low and the rash completely disappeared one to two weeks after commencing therapy with oral zinc sulfate.
