Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A teenager female with positive family history of familial hyperlipidemia presented with asymptomatic yellowish orange well demarcated plaques on both elbow extensors. O/E, bilateral corneal arcus were seen. Her lipid profile showed markedly elevated fasting plasma cholestrol.
