Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This 14-year-old was brought by her parent for progressive swelling of the right lower limb since birth.
The girl had nodular swellings scattered over the limb.
There was history of recurrent fever with chills and tenderness over the limb.
Examination showed angiomatous swellings seen as multiple nodules. Local gigantism with warmth was present over the right lower limb. A thrill could be felt and a bruit heard near the calf.
