Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This man had chronic renal failure presented with classical Terry's nails (the whole nail plate is white except distal 1-2 mm is being pink). Terry's nails may be seen in elderly people, IDDM, liver cirrhosis, congestive heart failure and chronic renal failure.
