Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A middle-aged woman diagnosed with SLE since many years. She presented with slightly painful two necrotic superficial ulcers on a background of slight livedo reticularis on her thigh of two weeks duration. Biopsy showed non-specific ulceration with vasculitic changes in the dermis.
