Differential DiagnosisHistory:
More than one year history of many asymptomatic, violaceous-purplish, firm to hard nodules and plaques confined to the acral parts of the extremities. Skin biopsy confirmed Kaposi's sarcoma. There was neither lymph node enlargement nor distant metastasis.
