Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A wheelchair-bound old woman presented with widespread tense bullae on erythematous bases involved mainly the lower limbs of three months duration. There was no mucosal involvement and skin biopsy showed subepidermal bullae filled with eosinophils and neutrophils.
