Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A middle-aged man presented with nail thickening, pitting, subungual hyperkeratosis and roughness involved mainly the fingernails of more than one year duration. Nail clipping for KOH examination was negative and the patient has had positive family history of psoriasis.
