Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A middle aged woman has had asymptomatic, multiple, yellow-orange plaques involved the extensor surface of both knees of more than one year duration. Her lipid profile showed elevated fasting plasma cholestrol level. No family history of hyperlipidemia or early onset ischemic heart disease.
