Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This man presented with recurrent oral aphthous ulcers, scrotal ulcers, painful red eye and arthritis of three years duration. Pathergy test was positive and he was HLA-B51 positive. The presented photo showing an aphthous-like ulcer (rounded ulcer with yellow base and surrounded by red halo) on the scrotum.
