History:

A spontaneously aroused, asymptomatic, rounded, dome-shaped vascular nodule surrounded at its base with an epidermal collarette of three weeks duration. The lesion had tendency for bleeding with minor touch or trauma. It was successfully cauterized and curetted under local anesthesia.
