Differential DiagnosisHistory: This lady has a typical rash on her back of subacute lupus erythematosus.The lesions are annular and scaly and can resemble both eczema and psoriasis.She was Ro Antibody positive and quite photosensitive.Investigations showed no internal involvement at this stage.
