Differential DiagnosisHistory:
One and a half year old infant presented with a unilateral well demarcated linear red scaly rash traversing the entire lower limb from the big toe to the upper thigh. The onset of the rash was shortly after birth. It responded very well to a combination of moderately potent corticosteroid and 1% salicylic acid.
