History:

Elderly gentleman who was content to do nothing about this large mass which had been growing for over 30 years. It was firm, but not hard, and nontender. Becuase of our concern that this might be a plexiform neuroma, a small biopsy was taken, which showed clearcut lipoma. No further therapy was done, per patient wishes.
