Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Insidious development of this keratotic nodule, 2.5cm in greatest diameter, brought patient in for evaluation. Biopsy was consistent with well differentiated SCCA. Lesion excised and, because of perineural invasion, post-operative radiation was suggested. The patient refused additional therapy and is being observed closely.
