Differential Diagnosis

History:

A middle-aged woman with severe persistent nodulocystic acne resistant to conventional therapy had been put on systemic isotretinoin therapy (40 mg per day). Two months later she developed multiple pyogenic granulomas on the chest presented as pinkish nodules with easy bleeding tendency. All lesions had disappearead one to two months after stoppage of systemic retinoid.
