Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Patient with new kitten who was sleeping in the bed with owner. The human developed multiple areas of pruritic erythema with scale, two of which are shown. KOH preparation was positive. Both patient and her pet were treated with topical azole antifungal agents, and live happily ever after!
