Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Patient with fair complexion and many past non-melanoma skin cancers, presented with small, pink-red, macule in left eyebrow. Patient asserted that area had bled in the past. Tiny biopsy disclosed superficial basal cell carcinoma. The patient was treated with 6 week course of 5% imiquimod cream, with vigorous response, but ultimately excellent cosmetic outcom. She remains free of disease at this spot for over 2 years.
