Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A young multigravida lady in her mid-trimester presented with a widespread pruritic tense blisters arise from erythematous background involved the face, trunk and extremities of four weeks duration. There was no mucous membrane involvement and all her previous three pregnancies were normal.
