Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Pruritic well-marginated red scaly rash with an active border involved both crural areas, suprapubic region and few skipped patched on the lower abdomen of two months duration. Wood's lamp examination was negative and KOH smear yielded fungal hyphae and spores.
