History:

She developed erythema followed by pustules  and necrotic ulcers suggestive of ecthyma.Culture of the pus yielded staph.Ther was H/O taking Betamethasone tabs. orally for the last 1 year for Chronic eczema resulting in immunosuppression..She was HIV non reactive,Nondiabetic,.She was to under go Laminectomy for footdrop.She was being administered systemic antibiotics to which the lesions were responding.
