Differential DiagnosisHistory:
An asymptomatic, hyperpigmented, oval plaque with papillated greasy scaly surface on the lower abdomen of many years duration. The lesion activity was confined to the margin while the center was less affected. It has been surgically removed and sent for HP examination. Biopsy was consistent with pigmented seborrhoeic keratosis.
