Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Asymptomatic hyperpigmented slightly scaly patches with an unusual involvement of photo-exposed areas of many months duration. Pale yellow fluorescence was noted under wood's lamp examination of the lesions and KOH examination of scales yielded fungal hyphae and spores.
