Differential Diagnosis

History:

A young adult male presented with widespread pruritic rash of many weeks duration. On examination, many pruritic red paoules and nodules on the penile glans and shaft and scrotum were seen. Itchy genital papules and nodules in males are nearly pathognomonic of scabies and so important that one should look for during examination of a suspected case of scabies.
