Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 6-year-old boy lives in a rural area and had contact with domestic animals presented with a large bleeding boggy mass on the scalp with hair loss associated with tender suboccipital and cervical lymphadenopathy of three months duration. Direct hair examination under LM showed many fungal hyphae and spores.
