Differential DiagnosisHistory:
The lesion started as a dome-shaped nodule on the nose one year ago. At last six months a central ulcer developed with no tendency for spontaneous healing that made SCC was the first diagnostic possibility but fortunately the histological changes was consistent with a keratoacanthoma.
