Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Multiple. asymptomatic , scaly, reddish-brown plaques with raised verrucous borders and depressed atrophic centers involved the forehead, dorsal surface of the hands, suprapubic region and the glans penis of more than one year duration. Skin biopsy was consistent with porokeratosis of Mibelli.
