Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Tinea imbricata (Tokelau) is a superficial fungal infection caused by anthropophilic dermatophyte named Trichophyton concentricum. This patient presented with concentric red scaly rings on the abdomen of two months duration. KOH smear was positive for fungal hyphae and spores.
