Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Many decades back the condition started with red-brownish pruritic keratotic and greasy papules of generalized distribution but esprcially the seborrhoeic areas particularly the face, neck, retroauricular folds, back and chest in addition to classical nail signs of Darier's disease.
