Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A young adult female presented with sudden eruption of painful, red, indurated, edematous plaques confined to the face associated with fever, malaise, myalgias and conjunctivitis of few days duration. She had raised erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and blood neutrophil count, however, there was no underlying or associated systemic condition.
