Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Long history of idiopathic photosensitivity of the face with extended use of potent topical corticosteroids resulted in persistent erythema, fine telangectasia and hyperpigmentation of the face with sparing of the melolabial folds.
N.B: The atrophic scar on the tip of the nose due to old cutaneous leishmaniasis.
