Differential DiagnosisHistory:
An 80-year-old man has had multiple actinic keratoses on the scalp, face and upper limbs of many years duration. He presented with a large solitary hemorrhagic plaque-nodule on the forearm of more than one year duration. Biopsy revealed SCC.
