Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A young adult male with type 1 DM on insulin therapy developed widespread white plaques involved the entire dorsal surface of the tongue and oral commissures after prolonged antibiotic course for upper respiratory tract infection. Please note the associated fissured (scrotal) tongue.
