A previous BCC had been removed surgically three years ago, however, a new lesion has appeared in the same area in last one year. On examination, there was a pearly ulcerative large nodule with surface telangectasia involved the left melolabial fold. Radical excision with a suitable safe margin was done and sent for histologic eamination which showed recurrent BCC.
