Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A young adult male presented with a severely pruritic papulovesicular rash involved the flanks and the dorsa of the feet of one month duration. Skin biopsy of a fresh blister showed subepidermal bullae and neutrophilic papillary microabscesses. Dramatic response was noticed few days after starting dapsone therapy.
