Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Nail changes started since early childhood. At presentation, most fingernails and toenails were lost and few others were in state of partial destruction like the nails of both index fingers. Apart from nail changes the patient had no muco-cutaneous manifestations of LP or psoriasis.
