Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Asymptomatic solitary slightly scaly hyperpigmented patch with finely wrinkled surface on the chest of two months duration. KOH smear of lesional scales showed spaghetti and meat ball appearance and the lesion showed pale yellow fluorescence under wood's lamp.
