Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Herpes zoster usually affects middle-aged and elderly people, however nowadays younger age group are also commonly involved. The presented case of a 20-year-old male presented with a two days history of grouped vesicles on an erythematous base confined to T4 dermatome. The rash was preceded one day before by tingling sensation in the affected area.
